· Install service

2. installation scope and time

2.1 Scope of installation: TOPNICE installation service can be performed within Chinese mainland (except partially only supports delivery to municipal area, see notes for details).First free installation, if performing a secondary and multiple installation .For removal, the corresponding service fee should be charged, please refer to the non-insurance fee standard for details.To provide you with better service, it is advised to consult with the customer service center before purchase.

2.2 Installation time: the customer service center will contact the customer and determine the door-to-door service time within 12 hours after receiving the customer service needs. Therefore, the specific door-to-door time limit will be different in the customer area.

Note: In case of holidays, major activities, etc., the contact time limit has changed.

Delivery to cities is only supported in the following areas: Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai, Tibet, Xinjiang and Yunnan

(2) Notes for installation

2.1 If the wall hanging needs to be installed, the wall is required to be a load-bearing wall.Special walls, such as glass, marble, porcelain and hollow walls, can not bear the weight of TOPNICE products, if special conditions need to be taken process installation, may produce additional costs, the specific costs are calculated according to the actual occurrence.

2.2 Installation shall only provide load-bearing wall punching. If special installation methods such as roof suction, lifting and lifting are required, the corresponding cost shall be calculated separately according to the actual occurrence.

2.3 If you specify the installation method, the Engineer, the liability shall not be borne by TOPNICE; for any other damage caused by your non-TOPNICE standard / self-operated hanger, TOPNICE shall not bear any responsibility.




· Return and exchange policy

(I) Return and exchange service contents:

2.1 If the products you buy need 7 days to return and exchange without reason, please contact the customer service of the e-commerce platform for confirmation. After confirmation, the e-commerce platform will contact the TOPNICE customer service center to arrange door-to-door testing and provide the test report before arranging the return and exchange.

2.2 If your product needs to be replaced due to quality problems, you can give feedback through the WeChat official account "Topnice Intelligent Display Expert" or service hotline 86 769-8336 9888, and the service center will designate a service provider door-to-door service after receiving the demand.

(2) Relevant requirements for return and exchange:

1. seven days without a reason to return and exchange goods need to meet the conditions:

1.1 If non-human damaged performance fault, consumers can choose to return, exchange or repair, and the service provider designated by the TOPNICE shall provide detection report and service.

1.2 Seven days of return and exchange without reason is only valid for the goods sold by TOPNICE authorized e-commerce platform. The logistics fee (round and trip) caused by return and exchange for 7 days without reason shall be borne by the buyer, which can be directly deducted from the refund or paid by the customer himself.

1.3 Return without replacement for seven days does not include the following behaviors: artificial damage, missing or damaged packaging, lack or damage of random spare parts.

1.4 All physical goods must be reasonably maintained (e. g., the external equipment body without scratch, wear, etc.) and do not affect the resale of the product.

The 2. 30-day failover service does not contain a behavior description:

2.1 The product has no quality problems.

2.2 Commodity quality problems caused by unauthorized repair, misuse, negligence, abuse, accident, alteration, incorrect installation, or installation of the software system.

3. Other Disclaimer Instructions:

In any case, TOPNICE shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses of failure or damage related to Android, PC components (e. g., hardware, memory, etc.), including but not limited to:

3.1 Loss resulting from damage and loss of customer data, data and records;
